The owner is Eleazar Perez. Eleazar has been here for quite a while. Since she was young she owned a Chalupa stand back in Mexico. Years after she came to the United States and came to Red Hook Park and saw it was a good spot to sell food. Since then, she has been progressing into what she is known today. Eleazar would like to give thanks to all her customers who have shown support through her time in Red Hook Park. "Thank you, and please keep coming to my stand" words of Eleazar Perez, who is also known lovingly by the name of "Chai".
